By purchasing a ticket or participating in a Clues & Culture experience ("Experience"), you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility & Participation
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. All participants are responsible for their own transportation, safety, and personal belongings throughout the experience.
2. Experience Format
Clues & Culture is a self-guided experience. Participants follow clues at their own pace and are responsible for navigating between locations. Routes, stops, and partner businesses are subject to change based on availability, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Timing & Arrival
Participants are expected to begin the experience at their scheduled start time and arrive at each stop within a reasonable amount of time, which will be within two hours of the experience starting. Clues & Culture is not responsible for missed items or experiences due to late arrival outside the two-hour pickup window.
4. Food & Dietary Considerations
Menu items are pre-selected as part of the experience. While we may offer limited accommodations (such as vegetarian options), Clues & Culture cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences can be met. Participants consume all food at their own discretion and assume any associated risks.
5. Partner Businesses
All participating restaurants and businesses are independently owned and operated. Clues & Culture is not responsible for the preparation, quality, or service of food and beverages provided by partner establishments.
6. Tickets, Payments & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be requested up to 72 hours in advance (subject to availability). Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Clues & Culture. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Clues & Culture reserves the right to reschedule the experience. If Clues & Culture cancels an experience, participants will receive a credit or gift card of equal value valid for a future experience.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards partner businesses, staff, and other guests. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund.
8. Photography & Media
By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the experience. Clues & Culture reserves the right to use photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted in advance.
9. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in this experience involves walking, travel between locations, and food consumption. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience. Clues & Culture is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, food-related issues, or delays or disruptions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All clues, route content, branding, and experience materials are the proprietary property of Clues & Culture. Participants may not reproduce, share, publish, or distribute any experience content without prior written consent.
11. Changes & Cancellations
Clues & Culture reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule an experience due to weather conditions, partner availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from participation in a Clues & Culture experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
